For the purpose of job search and job placement, the SII Group in Germany processes the data and documents received from you as follows:
Profiling of applications that are uploaded via our career portal
The data and documents you have entered and uploaded are directly processed in our internal applicant management system. The data is entered and uploaded via a secure https-connection.
Processing of contact information
We use the telephone number, email address or home address provided by you to contact you in case of questions regarding your application.
Processing in applications in our pool of applicants
The recruiting departments of SII Deutschland GmbH (Karl-Kurz-Str. 36, 74523 Schwäbisch Hall) and SII Technologies GmbH (Am Mittleren Moos 53, 86167 Augsburg) have access to a common pool of applicants for job searches and job placement. Both companies are subsidiaries of the SII Group in Germany.
If your application is of interest for us, this will be saved in our pool of applicants for a defined period of time. Should we be interested in prolonging this period, then we will contact you to ask four your permission. If you do not wish to be included in our pool of applicants right from start, please indicate this in the cover letter.
Transmission of qualification profiles
If you have applied for a specific position or if we see a suitable position for your profile, we will share your qualification profile with relevant decision-makers in the group of companies or their customer companies. The transmission takes place anonymously or on the basis of a data protection and confidentiality agreement with our customers.
Deletion of data
Applications that are not transferred to our pool of applicants
Notification of rejection 2 months after submittal of your application, at the latest. Complete deletion 6 months after transmittal of rejection, without further notification.
Applications that are transferred into our pool of applicants:
Complete deletion 36 months after the date of application, without further notification
You may request the deletion of your data from our applicant management system, at any time. For this purpose, please contact datenschutz[at]sii-group.de. Please note that, in this case your data will be blocked for 2 months. During this time, only individual persons in our organization will have access to your data. Afterwards, your data will be completely deleted.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data without giving reasons. If we process your data to safeguard legitimate interests, you can object to this processing for reasons that arise from your particular situation. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
